1. No response when the touch key is pressed?
If no key is pressed for a long time, the system will lock. To unlock, briefly press the lock key in the lower-left corner. Alternatively, power off for 5 seconds and reconnect the power to unlock.
2. Why isn’t the water pump running?
Please ensure that the water pump has no fault alarm. Adjust and increase the set head as needed by briefly pressing the ‘+’ button.”
3. Why is the water output so low?
- When using for the first time, the pump body must be filled with water. After brief operation, the air inside the pump chamber will be discharged, and the water output will return to normal.
- If the water level in the well or tank drops, increased suction will cause pressure loss.
- If the pre-filter or water purification device filter screen is clogged, it is recommended to install the pump before such equipment.
4. Why doesn’t the water pump stop running?
The set pressure is too high. If the pump outlet is completely closed, the operating head cannot reach the set head. To resolve this, briefly press the ‘–’ button and adjust it to match the operating head.
5. Why is there a brief tingling sensation when touching the water pump?
This is a phenomenon of induced current, so please rest assured. Under normal use, our products have sufficient protective functions. This is not a quality issue of the pump itself, nor is it a leakage fault. It is a common electromagnetic induction phenomenon in electrical equipment during operation. To eliminate it, ensure the product has reliable grounding—for example, make sure the power strip includes a ground wire or that the pump body is in contact with the ground.
6.How to maintain the water pump?
It is strictly forbidden to place the electric pump in water or use it as a submersible pump. Prevent the motor from being exposed to water, splashes, or high-pressure jets, as this may cause moisture damage and destroy the winding insulation.
If installed outdoors, the pump must be properly covered to protect against sun, rain, and freezing.
If installed indoors, drainage channels should be set around the pump to allow natural drainage. This will prevent leakage during use, maintenance, or replacement of the pump from causing damage—especially in basements, kitchens, or buildings.
