INSIDE THE FACTORY
15 major stages. Three production streams.
Controller · 5 stages
PCBA and SMT → manual insertion → wave soldering → inspection and rework → programming and aging.
Pump & motor · 7 stages
Stator winding → coil test and varnish → precision machining → rotor assembly → motor assembly → hydraulic assembly → full-water test.
Delivery · 3 stages
Parameter label → traceability entry → packing and shipment.
INSIDE THE FACTORY
Precision in production. Checks along the way.
Controller production, pump and motor assembly, and delivery form three coordinated streams, with 15 major stages and quality checks before release.

Model-specific controller testing
The pump-specific program is loaded before basic function tests and a 30-minute loaded aging test.

Precision machining
Bearing seats, connector alignment and stator concentricity receive dedicated machining and assembly controls.

Complete-system water testing
With its matched controller installed, the pump is checked for flow, head, noise, sealing and protection functions before packing.
Precision machining
The bearing-seat machining target is 0.005 mm. One-setup connector machining and stator-centered barrel machining help control alignment and concentricity.
